Purpose & General Policy The purpose of this document is to inform D&E's customers/readers of its procedures and guidelines for operating and maintaining a high quality service oriented World Wide Web presence, including a coordinated presentation of accurate and important information. D&E's Web Policy describes the use of it's auto service website in accordance with state and federal laws, and applicable Internet policies. Definitions & Terms per D&E's Site: The following definitions are used for the purposes of this policy only: - Web Team: Refers to: D&E's Website Developer, Web Server Administrator, and the Designer and/or content providers. These entities are responsible for information supplied and made available on this site. - Our Web Site Developer/Designer: People or persons assigned the task of designing or developing the entities as provided on this site. As directed by the appropriate party, the developers and/or designers do the best to assure the accuracy of information provided on the site, and hlep to coordinate all activities regarding the web site. - Web Site Administrator: The party responsible for technical maintenance of the information supplied on this site's Web Server. D&E's Acceptable Use Policies Employee and customer access to information provided on this site is considered a privilege, not a right.
